Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber Small Business Solution Sales Executive to represent our end-to-end business management software designed for small and growing enterprises. This role is responsible for driving product adoption through consultative selling, professional product demonstrations, and seamless customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Identify, engage, and onboard Small business clients across assigned territories
  •  Deliver confident, structured product demonstrations (app & software)
  • Guide new users through setup, configuration, and initial usage
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure activation and long-term retention
  • Collect market insights and customer feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Achieve monthly sales, activation, and revenue targets with consistency

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, client engagement, and presentation abilities
  • Basic technical aptitude to operate and explain digital applications
  • Professional, target-driven, and comfortable with field-based work
  • Exceptional customer empathy and problem-solving mindset

Education and Experiences:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  •  2–5 years’ experience in solution sales, SaaS, software or Small business-focused services
  • Location: Based on territory assignment (field mobility required)
