We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise using Python and Django, along with modern frontend development experience using React JS. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while ensuring excellent user experience and high-performance system architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
  • Build and optimize backend APIs using Django and Django REST Framework.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React JS.
  • Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern web interfaces.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Manage database design, development, and optimization using MySQL.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and user management systems.
  • Integrate payment gateways and third-party services as required.
  • Deploy and maintain web applications on production servers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications.
  • Maintain source code using Git and follow development best practices

Requirements

Core Backend Knowledge (Required)

  • Python Programming Language
  • Django Framework
  • Django REST Framework (DRF)
  • MySQL Database

Frontend Development Skills

  • React JS
  • Redux & State Management ( Props Hooks , Globas State)
  • HTML5
  • CSS3 (Responsive / Mobile-First Design )
  • REST API integration (consuming your own DRF endpoints)
  • JavaScript (ES6+

Additional Requirements (preferable)

  • Experience with Git and modern version control workflows.
  • Payment Gateway Integration experience.
  • Deployment and server management knowledge (VPS, AWS, Nginx).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development workflows.
  • Experience using AI productivity tools such as: Claude, Copilot & ChatGPT
  • GitHub 
  • Knowledge of scalable web application architecture

Education & Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and web application architecture

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Salary & Benefits :

  • Salary: BDT 40,000 – 45,000
  • Office Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Weekly Holiday: 2 Days Off
