One of the fast-growing technology companies, focused on Data Analysis, AI, Business insights and development through Data Analytic platform, is seeking a detail-oriented and technically adept Data Scientist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage data to solve complex problems, derive actionable insights, and contribute to the development of innovative AI and analytics solutions. 

Job Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Conduct data analysis and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights. 
  • Design and implement predictive models and statistical analyses to address business challenges. 
  • Test and validate models to ensure accuracy and reliability. 
  • Develop data visualization tools and create comprehensive reports for stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data science Initiatives with business objectives. 
  • Provide support for product development by integrating data science solutions. 
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. 
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in data science and AI technologies. 
  • Explore new tools and methodologies to enhance existing processes.
  • Coordinate with team members across departments to ensure seamless data processing, reporting and collaboration. 

Core/Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases 
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). 
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred). 
  • Understanding of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is advantageous. 
  • Must be fluent with Statistical methods and measures 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to write reports and prepare documentation 

Education and Experiences:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. 
  • Experience: 6-months to 2 years of experiences, fresher/Graduates are encouraged to apply 
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar role.
  • Associated / Additional Skills (Soft-Skills):
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. 
    • Must be able to interpret data 
    • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking purposes
