Role Overview / About The Job : 

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying business opportunities, establishing relationships with clients and partners, and implementing strategies to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate is strategic, results-driven, and an excellent communicator.

Education:

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Word and other business development software.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Empathy and the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection and overcome obstacles.
  • Ability to work overtime.
  • Willingness and ability to commute throughout Bangladesh.
