Role Overview

As an Implementation and Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in delivering technical training, facilitating smooth software deployment, and ensuring that clients are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to maximize the value of our solutions. You will also support clients in understanding and implementing digital marketing strategies using our platforms. This role is key to bridging the gap between technology and practical application, enabling businesses to fully leverage our AI-driven and data analytics tools for successful digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct technical training sessions for clients in group and individual settings.
  • Develop, update, and maintain training materials, including manuals and course content.
  • Organize and lead seminars, workshops, and practical training sessions.

Technical Support:

  • Assist clients with the deployment and implementation of software and networking systems.
  • Provide hands-on guidance to enhance trainees' practical skills.

Program Evaluation and Improvement:

  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements and incorporate them into training programs.

Resource Management:

  • Plan and execute training schedules and strategies.
  • Ensure training equipment and resources are prepared and available.

Travel and Flexibility:

  • Travel across Bangladesh to deliver client support and training sessions as required.
  • Work extended hours to meet project or client demands when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in training or technical skills are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in technical training, software implementation, or client support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools, AI-driven platforms, or market intelligence software is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Good understanding of PowerPoint presentations and content preparation.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Ability to create engaging and easy-to-understand training content.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in software deployment and networking fundamentals.
  • Adaptability to work with diverse clients and team members.

Equipment: Candidates require to bring their own device/laptop.

Salary and Other benefits: 

  • Salary: BDT 15,000 to BDT 25,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Lunch provided at the office
  • Working Days: 6 Working Days (Roster)
